The weather is crazy. It was actually a high of 46 degrees on the day I wore this. I absolutely refuse to don a coat lest I look and feel too wintery, so a long sleeve button up underneath a dress it is. Looking at past posts, I have noticed that my style is changing/has changed. I also notice that I love a shirt layered under a dress. I think my style is leaning towards a more classic look (my definition of classic). I can remember the days when I would have shunned Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Polo, Talbots, etc. for being too generic and reserved, but I like the look and frequent them often. I think I have truly gotten into a space where I’m comfortable enough to allow my personality to speak for me before the clothes do. I’m liking this… But don’t get used to it!

I’ve had this for 15 years… |
I have worn these Dolce Vita boots to DEATH this year. Perfect transitional footwear to brave Mother Nature’s fickleness. I also have them in a Cognac color. |
